The store is great. I was assisted by Nick Williams, who is just a ray of sunshine. He absolutely loves his job goes above and beyond to help customers. it’s really remarkable how much he goes out of the way to make sure each customer is happy with their shopping experience. The very best of customer service. I was purchasing items during the busiest time of year, when kids are moving into Cornell, and nick took all the time I needed to help me locate everything I was looking for. He did it with a huge smile and a total can do attitude.

Best Wal-Mart award! I literally loathe Wal-Mart, I get anxiety just thinking about it... but to be fair, this is the best one I've been to. It is massively huge lol. Clean, well organized. Half the store was on clearance today when I went. They have a neat grab-n-go section right as you walk in the grocery side. Also, they have a cooler full of marketsode take and bake pizzas that are absolutely delicious and super cheap! Got an 18" for 10 bucks! Checkout was super fast and all of the staff that I encountered were cordial and very helpful. AND I did it all with 3 young boys in tow, and it was still easy. Kuddos Wal-Mart, kuddos..

One star is too much. It’s a zero!!Auto. Karen is horrible. Unhelpful. I asked about tires in store. She never looked said she has nothing no availability to help. Wouldn’t look up where the other tires was. Extremely unhelpful needs additional training

This is my favorite Wal-Mart I've ever been to. They have next to everything there, the things I need are generally in stock, the store is organized, and the place is clean (even the bathrooms! In fact, especially the bathrooms!). All the associates are helpful and generally friendly. In fact, one associate, Timothy, took twenty minutes of his time to make sure I got the cottage cheese I wanted, which required going back to the walk-in refrigerators at the back of the store (we were at the front) and asking a fellow assiciate to grab me one from storage. The guys in the electronics department--Harley, Christian, Chris, and John-- are extremely knowledgeable, and the prices are fantastic. I can do all my grocery shopping there like it's Aldi l, and the sports/outdoors section is extensive, elimating trips to Dick's or REI for all but the most specialized items. This Wal-mart has become my one-stop shop. At one point, I was shopping there pretty much daily. My experiences there were always that good. Best part, even at peak hours the lines are reasonable. This review is directed entirely to the auto center. I've gone there three times for tires on 3 vehicles over the past year, and today for an oil change. I have had consistent, excellent customer service from Karen, the cashier. She is knowledgeable and was able to help me figure things out when I ordered the wrong snow tires in the fall. Ive interacted with two techs, and both were pleasant, competent and welcoming. I've had no issues with my tires and I will 100% return for oil changes, and snow/all weather tires in the future.
